Section 243(b) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(b)(i)where both male and female building workers are employed, there shall be displayed outside each block of latrines or urinals a notice containing therein "For Men Only" or "For Women only" as the case may be, written in the language understood by the majority of such workers;(ii)such notice shall also bear the figure of a man or of a women, as the case may be.
