1. Heard Sri Mashaluddin Shah, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
2. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a direction to the court below for early disposal of Case No. 97A/2013 (State Vs. Azad and others) in case crime no. 180 of 2012, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 336, 353 IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Firozabad south, district Firozabad.
3.The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant is to decide the Case No. 97A/2013 expeditiously. Sine more than eleven years have passed and the matter is still pending, the applicant prays for expeditious disposal of the said application.
4. In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the case, the court concerned is directed to decide the Case No. 97A/2013 (State Vs. Azad and others) in case crime no. 180 of 2012, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 336, 353 IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Firozabad south, district Firozabad pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it after affording opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, if there is no legal impediment.
5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
