37. Removal of difficulties
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, with a view to remove any difficulty in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, at any time, after the commencement of this Act, regulate by an order in writing, any matter which is to be prescribed or specified by a regulation under this Act, as the case may be.
