(1)The provisions of this Part shall apply to the Gram Panchayats, Mandal Praja Parishads and Zilla Praja Parishads constituted in the Scheduled Areas in the State.(2)The provisions of this Part shall prevail over anything inconsistent therewith elsewhere in this Act.
