(a)Under Section 38, read with sub-section (10) of Section 19 of the Udaipur University Act, 1962, the Executive Committee shall have all the powers and perform the duties of the Board as mentioned in the Act, and the Statutes and regulations made thereunder unless and otherwise so provided in the Statutes,
