Section 24(1) in The Rajasthan Co-Operative Service Rules, 1954
(1)As soon as it decided that a certain number of vacancies in the Service will be filled by promotion, the Registrar shall prepare a list of all the members of the Rajasthan Subordinate Cooperative Service (Class II) who are eligible for promotion to the Service under the provisions of these Rules and shall forward it together with the confidential rolls and personal files of the persons included in the list to the Secretary to Government in the Cooperative Department.
