Section 19(i) in Bihar State Board of Homeopathic Medicine (Electoral Rolls and the Conduct of Elections and Election Petition) Rules, 1955
(i)The petition shall contain a statement in a concise form of the material facts on which the petitioner relies and shall be signed by the petitioner and verified in the manner as laid down in the Code of Civil Procedure for the verification of pleadings.
