6. Code storage receipts
. For the agricultural produce stored in a cold storage by each hirer, the licensee shall issue a cold storage receipt in the prescribed form containing particulars relating to the agricultural produce [and the receipt shall bear a stamp of the value as required under the provisions of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and such stamp duty shall be paid by the licensee] [Inserted by the West Bengal Cold Storage (Licensing and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 1978, section 7.].
