Section 40(1) in Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1999
(1)The High Court Legal Services Committee and the District Authority shall submit the budget estimates to the State Authority for ensuing financial year in respect of the scheme envisaged by the Act, Rules and the Regulations.
