Section 1 in Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2008.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)This Act shall come into force with effect from the date it is published in the Gazette of the State of Bihar.
