Section 96(2) in Telangana District Boards Act, 1955
(2)The Board shall have power to remove any such obstruction or encroachment, and the expense of such removal shall be paid by the person who has caused the said obstruction or encroachment, and shall be recoverable in the same manner as an amount claimed on account of any tax recoverable under Chapter X:Provided that, before proceeding to remove any such obstruction or encroachment, the Board shall by written notice call upon the person who has caused such obstruction or encroachment to remove it within a reasonable time to be specified in the notice, or to show cause why the same should not be removed.
