255. Rejection of defective plaint etc.
- If a plaint, written statement, or application is not drawn up in accordance with these Rules, or if it is otherwise defective or not in order it may be rejected or returned to the person presenting it, and it shall be rejected where time has been allowed by the Court for the removal of any defect and such defect has not been removed within such time of such further time as the Court may allow.
