Section 7(1) in West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force or any contract, customs or usage to the contrary, it shall be the duty of the Commission to select persons and to recommend for appointment to the post of Principals, [Associate Professors, Professor] [Inserted by West Bengal Act No. 26 of 2017, dated 30.6.2017.]Assistant Professors and Librarians of Government aided Colleges in West Bengal.
