Section 15(2) in Himachal Pradesh Waqf Rules, 2016
(2)For the above purpose the Election Authority shall, subject to such directions as may be issued by the State Government, by notification in Form HPWB-III published in the Official Gazette, call upon on such date or dates as may be specified therein, to elect members of the Board in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the rules made there under.
