(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding sub-section such Regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:(i)number of members required to form a quorum;(ii)all matters which are required to be prescribed by the regulations under this Act, statutes or the Ordinances;(iii)all matters solely concerning the authorities and not otherwise provided for by or under this Act, statutes or Ordinances.
