Section 6(1) in Tamil Nadu Lease Holds (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(1)As soon as may be after the publication of this Act in the [Fort St. George Gazette,] [Now the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.] the Government shall appoint one or more Assistant Settlement Officers to carry out the functions and duties assigned to them by or under this Act.
