(CCH­71) Case called before the Lok Adalath. Complainant present. Complainant filed compromise petition u/s 320 of Cr.P.C.

In this case we have perused the FIR, Complaint and Consolidated Final Report. It is submitted in the closure report that the accused has paid BBC amount and compounding amount. The offence alleged against the accused u/s 135 of Electricity Act is compoundable. Since the offences alleged against the accused is compoundable and as the accused has already paid the BBC amount and compounding amount, the closure report submitted by the Police Inspector of BESCOM Vigilance is hereby accepted. As the matter is settled. Compromise petition is accepted. Case is closed.
