1. The matter was called. Shri A.K. Adak & Anjam Majumdar, Asstt. pray for adjournment on the ground that the senior officers of the company are busy in some meeting. Although we are not happy with such a request. In the interest of justice the appeal is restored to its original number which had been dismissed vide order dt. 23.6.99. The matter to come up for the stay application on 14.5.2001.
