Section 6(2)(a) in The Gujarat Special Economic Zone Act, 2004

(a)to recommend the name of Developer to the State Government in the manner as may be prescribed, for a part or whole of infrastructure facilities and amenities of the Zone, notwithstanding anything contained in the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999 (Gujarat 11 of 1999);
