182. Functions of the Chief Executive Officer in respect of public streets.
- The Corporation shall cause all public streets vested in it under section 181 to be maintained by the Chief Executive Officer who shall for this purpose do all things necessary for the public safety and convenience including the construction and maintenance of the bridges, causeways, sub-ways, flyovers and culverts.
