Section 28(1) in Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi Act, 2007
(1)The Institute shall enter into a written contract of service with every employee of the Institute appointed on regular basis of otherwise and the terms and conditions of the contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances.
