(g)"Inspector General of Prisons" means the Director General/Additional Director General/Director cum Inspector General of Prisons, Rajasthan, whenever appointed by the Government and vested with the power and functions of Inspector General of Prisons, otherwise the Inspector General of Prisons, Rajasthan;(gg)[ "Deputy Inspector General of Prisons" means the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Rajasthan.] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 79, dated 21.12.2016 (w.e.f. 15.5.1998).]
