Section 48 in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
48. Residuary provisions.
- The Board shall have the authority to deal with any matter pertaining to the University and not specifically dealt with in this Act. The decision of the Board on all such matters shall, subject to revision by the Chancellor, be final.
