184. Power to remove difficulties.
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with such provisions which appears to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.(2)No order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiration of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
