The record shows that still respondent has failed to accept the notice and therefore, bailiff has affixed the notice at his given address. However, it would be appropriate to send an additional notice without charging any process fees and without attaching any copy of pleadings to the respondent by Registered Post AD, returnable on 19.4.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances emerging from the record, it is also necessary to call for the R & P from the concerned Workmen Compensation Commissioner . Therefore, Registry shall call for the R & P of W.C.Application Non Fatal No.36 of 1997 from the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation Act and Labour Court, Ahmedabad so as to reach to this Court on or before 13.4.2016.
