Section 14(1) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
(1)The University shall have the faculties of Agriculture, [Horticulture and Agricultural Engineering,] [Words substituted by W.B. Act 21 of 1996.] and such other faculties as may be prescribed.
