- After completion of an electrical installation work, the permit-holder employed by the contractor under Regulation 26 (1) (b) shall test the installation and a [work completion report] [Substituted by Notification No. 1754-4057-XIII-79, dated 12-11-1980.] shall be submitted to the owner of the installation and the electric supply authorities duly signed by the permit holder and countersigned by the Contractor].
