Section 1 in Chhattisgarh State Ex-Gratia Compensation Payment for Officials/Employees died or injured during Electioneering Duty, Rules, 2009
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- (i) These rules may be called the Chhattisgarh State Ex-Gratia Compensation Payment for Officials/Employees died or injured during Electioneering Duty, Rules, 2009;(ii)It extends to whole of the State of Chhattisgarh;(iii)These rules, shall be deemed to have come to into force with effect from 23-3-2009.
