Section 50(5) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(5)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Adhiniyam, it shall be binding on every authority of the Vishwavidyalaya and every officer of the Vishwavidyalaya to give effect to the direction given under this section.
