UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard Mr. Mandeep Singh Vinayak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner – JCE Consultancy, Mr. Gopal Subramanium, learned Senior counsel appearing for Respondents and Mr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, learned Senior counsel appearing for Delhi Police at length. Two Status Reports filed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Economic Offences Wing and kept in a sealed cover were opened today and we perused the same.
We also allowed Mr. Mandeep Singh Vinayak, learned counsel and Mr. Gopal Subramanium, learned Senior counsel to peruse the said Status Reports.
We direct the learned counsel/learned Senior counsel appearing for the parties to file detailed list of dates in the matters.
