Section 8(1) in Cyberabad (Metropolitian Area) Police Act, 2004
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving the effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette do anything not inconsistent with such provisions which appear to them to be expedient or necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
