Section 8(2) in Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009
(2)To aid and advise the Jodhpur Development Commissioner the State Government shall appoint the following Directors; -(i)Director, Engineering who shall not be below the rank of Chief Engineer of civil construction;(ii)Director, Town Planning, who shall not be below the rank of Senior Town Planner and Architectural Advisor;(iii)Director, Finance who shall be not below the rank of Senior Account officer; and(iv)Director Law who shall not be below the rank of a District Judge, or Joint Legal Remembrancer form the Rajasthan State Legal Service.
