(2)Any vacancy occurring in the office of the [Chairman and Vice-Chairman] [Substituted by Notification Act No. 5 of 2013, dated 24.4.2013 (w.e.f. 11.6.1979).] or any other member of an Authority referred to in sub-section (3) of section 11 shall be filled by fresh appointment by the State Government.
