38. Power to remove difficulties.
- Where any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provision of this Act, the State Government may, be notification in the official Gazette, make such order as appears to be necessary or expedient and as is not contrary to any provision of this Act: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of three years from the appointed day.
