Learned counsel, under instructions, submits that petitioner shall approach the respondents/competent authority, venting out his grievances emanating out of impugned order of transfer dated 09.06.2014 (Annexure P-2), which he shall do positively within a period of two weeks from today.

2. No other point is urged.

3. Leaving the question of law open, we dispose of the present petition in the following manner:-

1. Petitioner shall approach the respondents/competent authority venting out his grievances within a period of two .

weeks from today.

2. Respondents/competent authority shall consider and decide petitioner's request/representation expeditiously, keeping in view the fact that petitioner is to superannuate in near future, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt thereof, by affording adequate opportunity of hearing/ representation to him and other effected/aggrieved party.

3. Needless to add, if the order is not in favour of the petitioner, the authority shall assign reasons while deciding the same, which shall be communicated to the petitioner. Liberty granted to the petitioner to place additional material on record, if any

4. Interim order dated 07.08.2014 to continue till then. However, it is made clear that if representation is not made within the period granted hereinabove, ::: Downloaded on - 15/04/2017 17:28:05 :::HCHP 3 interim order of protection shall automatically stand vacated.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand .
