69. Carrying out corrections.
(1)The Section Officer in-charge of Judicial Branch may permit a registered clerk to correct any clerical or typographical mistake in any pleadings or other proceedings.(2)The correction shall be made in the presence of the Section Officer and duly initialled by the maker as well as the Section Officer. __________(1)Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
