Section 34A(1) in University of Rajasthan Act, 1946
(1)There shall be a standing committee for the conferment of honorary degrees consisting of the following namely :-(i)the Vice Chancellor;(ii)the Chief Justice of the High Court of Rajasthan; and(iii)the Dean of the Faculty concerned.
