Section 52(1) in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(1)Minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Corporation shall be circulated to all the members of the Corporation and shall at all reasonable times be available at the office of the Corporation for inspection by any member of the Corporation free of cost, and by any other persons on payment of such fee as the Corporation may determine.
