An order has been passed by the respondents on 19.5.2010 (copy taken on record) whereby case of Manvinder Singh, applicant No.6 has not been considered. The same shall now be considered by the respondents at par with others and consequential orders regarding fixation, etc. shall be passed within two weeks from today.

2. With this, CP stands disposed of. Liberty is accorded to the applicants to revive it in case of non-compliance of the directions. Notices are discharged. No costs.
