Section 11(2) in The Tamil Nadu (Added Territories) Extension of Laws (No. 2) Act, 1961
(2)Where any enactment is extended to the added territories by a notification under sub-section (1), the enactment so extended shall be deemed to have been included in the First Schedule and sections 5 to 9 shall apply accordingly.
