Section 3 in The Punjab Plastic Carry Bags (Manufacture, Usage and Disposal) Control Act, 2005
3. Prohibition to manufacture carry bags from virgin plastic.
- No person shall manufacture or cause to be manufactured any carry bags from virgin plastic of thickness of not less than 30 micron and of a size, not less than 8" x 12" and of a colour, other than the specified colour.
