Section 18 in The Regional Centre for Biotechnology Act, 2016
18. Executive Committee.
(1)The Executive Committee shall be responsible for management of the Regional Centre and implementation of policies and decisions of the Board relating to management.(2)The constitution, powers and functions of the Executive Committee and the term of office of its members shall be such as may be specified by the Statutes.
