- Every receipt of deposit, either direct or by transfer at the treasury, shall be recorded in an Advice List (Form No. 46), which At shall be forwarded at the close of the day (or where the treasury banks with the State Bank, as soon after as possible) to the Receiving Officer of the court concerned. The Advice List when received shall be filed in a book kept for the purpose.Items received under cover of the Receiving Officer's Pass-book shall be entered in a lump sum in the Treasury Advice List.
