Section 2(o) in The Bihar Panchayat Election Rules, 2006
(o)"Counterfoil" means the counterfoil attached to a printed ballot paper; (p) "Constituency" means a constituency of Gram Panchayat, Gram Katchahry, Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad which includes their territorial constituencies also;
