Section 67(2)(i) in The Central Industrial Security Force Rules, 2001

(i)Monetary rewards in the form of books or articles of value not exceeding one thousand rupees for each prize may also be granted to enrolled members of the Force for proficiency during training for every batch of trainees who pass out of the Training College or Training Centre, as specified below:-
