Section 1 in THE ASSAM PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARIES (APPOINTMENT, SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 2004
1. Short title, extent and commencement:- (1) This Act may be called the Assam Parliamentary Secretaries (Appointment, Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2004.
(2)It extends to the whole of Assam.(3)It shall come into force at once.
