Shri Mrigendra Kumar, learned counsel for the State of Bihar submits that since the respondent-petitioner after completion of his period of deputation has already joined his Patna High Court LPA No.1251 of 2017(5) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 parent department, and therefore, according to him the appeal itself has become infructuous. It is accordingly consigned to records.
