12. Power to Remove Difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving affect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions thereof which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of removing the difficulty :Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after the expiry of three years from the commencement of this Act.[The Schedule] [Substituted by M.P.
