Section 24 in The Ministers (Allowances, Medical Treatment and other Privileges) Rules, 1957
24. Travel in a Reserved Compartment.
- A Deputy Minister when travelling by railway in a reserved compartment on requisition shall be entitled to draw daily allowance at the rates for the time being admissible to a Central Government servant of the first grade.
