Section 41(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001
(1)The Commission may pass such orders, as it thinks fit in accordance with Sections 30 to 33 of the Act for the contravention or the likely contravention of the licence terms or conditions by the licensee.
